KYC Verification In Run4Win
Run4Win asks for KYC when it needs to confirm who owns the account, where the player lives, and whether the payment method belongs to the same person.
The check triggers on first withdrawal, larger withdrawals, changes to personal details, or activity that does not match normal account use (for example, repeated failed deposits or multiple cards attempted).
Players upload documents in the account profile or send them through the support channel shown in the cashier. Run4Win rejects cropped images, screenshots, and files where text or photo is unreadable.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A passport or national ID card. Run4Win requests a clear photo of the document, full color, with all corners visible. If the document has two sides, both sides are required. The name and date of birth must match the account details.
- Address proof: A recent document that shows the player’s full name and residential address. Run4Win accepts a utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last 90 days. The document must show the issue date and the issuer’s name.
- Payment method: Proof that the deposit method belongs to the player. For a bank card, Run4Win asks for a photo of the card with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and the CVV covered, plus a screenshot or PDF from online banking showing the same last 4 digits and the cardholder name. For e-wallets, it requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page with the account ID/email and the player’s name.
Run4Win completes most KYC checks in 24–72 hours after it receives all documents in the correct format. If the files need a re-upload, the timeline resets from the moment the last required document is accepted.
During KYC, Run4Win may pause withdrawals until verification finishes, while deposits and gameplay can remain available depending on the account status.
Right now, the process is a standard three-step KYC flow (identity, address, payment method) with a stated review time of 1–3 days after complete submission.
